How do I manage my subscription?

How can I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, reach out to within 24 hours of placing your order. You should include your name and order number in your message.

What is your refund policy?

If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at within seven calendar days of the date you received your order and we may, at our discretion and depending on the circumstance, replace or refund your order at our expense.

How much does shipping cost?

We calculate our shipping fees directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 after any promotions are applied.

Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?

At this time, we are a US-based company, serving all 50 states. We do not ship to Canada or any other international countries at this time.
