There are no animal products or allergens in our chips.
How about preservatives and artificial sweeteners?
Our chips have no preservatives or artificial sweeteners.

How do I manage my subscription?
You can modify, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time. Email our subscription concierge service at subscriptions@thecloudchip.com or, sign into your Cloud Chips account and manage your subscription settings in your customer portal.
How can I cancel an order?
To cancel an order, reach out to hello@thecloudchip.com within 24 hours of placing your order. You should include your name and order number in your message.
What is your refund policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at hello@thecloudchip.com within seven calendar days of the date you received your order and we may, at our discretion and depending on the circumstance, replace or refund your order at our expense.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your order with credit or debit card from Mastercard, Visa, or American Express.
How long do orders take to ship?
We fulfill all orders within 2 business days. You should expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.
How much does shipping cost?
We calculate our shipping fees directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 after any promotions are applied.
Do you ship to Canada or Internationally?
At this time, we are a US-based company, serving all 50 states. We do not ship to Canada or any other international countries at this time.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
Yes, all orders receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number for your order after your order ships.
