To cancel an order, reach out to email@example.com within 24 hours of placing your order. You should include your name and order number in your message.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within seven calendar days of the date you received your order and we may, at our discretion and depending on the circumstance, replace or refund your order at our expense.

We fulfill all orders within 2 business days. You should expect to receive your order in 3-5 business days.
We calculate our shipping fees directly from the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx). Rates will vary based on location and order quantity. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 after any promotions are applied.
At this time, we are a US-based company, serving all 50 states. We do not ship to Canada or any other international countries at this time.
